What is the resolution and format of the videos on our DVDs?
The resolution is specified on each DVD’s page, but is typically 1280×768. All videos included on the DVDs are MP4 format.
Where are the DVDs shipped from?
We ship internationally. The DVDs are printed, packaged, and shipped from the facilities at Kunaki, located in the US.
What license is the material within the DVDs released under?
The DVD author maintains copyrights to the training videos on each DVD. However, all blend files contained on the DVD are released under Creative Commons 3.0 Attribution. More license info is available in the read-me files contained on each DVD.
How long until my order is shipped to me?
Orders within the USA usually arrive in about a week, and about 2-3 weeks for international orders. If available, shipping confirmation will be emailed to you when your package has shipped. If you’re pre-ordering, you’ll be notified by email when your DVD is completed and shipped.
When buying, how does the download option work?
After purchasing, a download link will be emailed to you. If you’re pre-ordering, the download link will be emailed to you as soon as the content is finished and uploaded.
What software do you currently train in?
Currently we have training for Blender 3D, but keep an eye out for training in other programs in the future!
Where can I get Blender 3D?
You can download it from blender.org. Blender is open source (free) software, and is a full 3D suite capable of everything you’ll see in computer graphics today. Check the Author Galleries or our Comprehensive Training DVDs for examples of Blender creations.
