What is the resolution and format of the videos on our DVDs?
The resolution for our training DVDs is 1280×720. All videos included on the DVDs are MP4 format.
From where are the DVDs shipped?
DVDs will generally be shipped from the author’s city of residence, and we ensure free international shipping for all our training DVDs.
What license is the material within the DVDs released under?
It’s completely up to the DVD author what license their content is released under, though we encourage at least the final results of the training to be Creative Commons for any commercial or non-commercial use. Please check the DVDs description page for further details on its release license.
How long until my order is shipped to me?
As DVDs are shipped from the author’s location, we can’t give a completely accurate date that your DVD will arrive, but we aim for DVDs to arrive within 2 weeks of shipping.
When buying, how does the download option work?
After purchasing, a download link will be emailed to you. If you’re pre-ordering, the download link will be emailed to you as soon as the content is finished and uploaded.
What software do you currently train in?
Currently we have training for Blender 3D, but keep an eye out for training in other programs in the future!
Where can I get Blender 3D?
You can download it from blender.org. Blender is open source (free) software, and is a full 3D suite capable of almost everything you’ll see in computer graphics today. Check the Author Galleries or our Comprehensive Training DVDs for examples of Blender creations.
